SUZI LANTZ

Suzi Lantz is the Founder and CEO of Personal Peak Consulting. She is also a Partner and senior Leadership consultant with GiANT Worldwide. As a GiANT, Suzi works with individuals, teams and organizations to assess leadership health and provide relevant, visual tools that can be implemented immediately. She is the co-creator of GiANT’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training system and is committed to helping leaders develop inclusive team environments where every person can be heard. Suzi and her husband reside in Canton, Ohio with their teenage children Caris and Joshua.
