VAUGHN TROYER

Vaughn’s business experience includes over 25 years at Hummel Group of Berlin, Ohio, and currently an owner and serves as president. This has provided much experience at leading in a team environment including other owners and executive leaders. Vaughn has a passion for helping to intentionally improve and move the culture of an organization. Vaughn lives in Holmes County, Ohio with his wife Inga. Both are actively involved in their local church and love spending time with their three adult children, two daughters, Madeline and Laura, and son Isaac. In his free time, Vaughn loves to travel with family, and be outdoors on their property.
