Behind every Branches Leader is a Mentor who believes in them. Branches Mentors are trusted advisors who walk closely alongside our Leaders, helping guide their personal growth, spiritual development, and business success. Through monthly one-on-one meetings, Mentors gain a deep understanding of each Leader’s life and business, providing perspective, encouragement, and strategic insight.
Mentors are the primary connection between Leaders and the broader Branches organization, serving as advocates and support systems who help Leaders thrive in their challenging work.
Brings experience in business management, leadership development, financial stewardship, or marketing.
Enjoys encouraging others and walking with them through challenges and successes.
Comfortable with cultural diversity, travel, and adventure.
Willing to serve as a connector and advocate between Leaders and Branches staff.
Monthly Zoom calls with assigned Leader(s).
Ongoing communication and prayer via email and WhatsApp.
Annual Summit participation.
Trips to connect with and support assigned leader annually.
Approximately five hours per month and up to two weeks per year.
Three-year commitment once paired to a Leader.
